Grilled bratwursts with sour kraut is delish. As a side, thick-cut pancetta, potatoes, and brussel sprouts were fried in a pan and finished in the oven. Wonderful! We didn’t have any hot dog buns, so we improvised and used hamburger buns, and cut the brat into two. Sweet deal. Mini brats!
I’ve always loved sour kraut and it’s one of my favorite toppings when it comes to brats. It’s sour and salty, and when paired with other toppings such as, sweet relish, onions, bacon, etc., a perfect brat waits for you.
