Yum, Monkey Bread! Always a special treat to have this delicious, sweet, baked gloriousness! Sometimes, it’s hard to believe it’s just biscuits and so easy to make. Just get a four pack of biscuits, cut it in fours, and coat the pieces in cinnamon and sugar, and place them in a pan. Be careful, because although the biscuits are small, they get bigger when cooked. In a separate pan, melt a stick of margarine and add brown sugar – about 1/2 of a cup. Melt, stir, and pour over biscuits. Bake for about 30 mins. I don’t have exact measurements or cooking time; I just eyeball everything!
