As I’ve stated in previous posts, cod is my favorite meat of the sea. Fish tacos were on the menu and of course cod was the focal point. The crunchy cabbage adds crunch and I love the flavor of corn tortillas! With a little salsa and a lot of guacamole, this became a hearty meal. I may or may not have had a third one!
Fish tacos are the best. Cod was used for dinner and as I stated before, it is my favorite fish; it’s like eating a steak! Cabbage Slaw was simple and just mixed with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, salt, and pepper. Top the taco off with guacamole with cilantro and salsa. Wrap everything up in a warm flour tortilla and your day is complete. Holy schinikes!
